From June through the summer and autumn months, keep an eye on oak trees for any signs of Sudden Oak Death (S.O.D.)

Monitor for drought stress. Are you providing adequate amounts of water if Mother Nature is lacking? Keep an eye out for any signs by watching the leaves of the tree.

Get a head start on the upcoming hurricane season, which begins June 1st. Consult with a certified arborist to prune any hazardous limbs or branches and remove any deadwood. Diseased trees should be removed. Be attentive to any tree limbs touching your home. Contact a professional arborist (or your local utility company) to remove tree branches around utility lines.

April showers are good for our trees. Be prepared to water your tree if there is little rain
